About CelpMock
An independent practice site for one test, CELPIP-General. Full mock tests on the real screens and timers, questions we write and check ourselves, and AI marking that shows you what to fix.
- CelpFor CELPIP, the one test this site is built for. Nothing here is about another exam.
- MockMock tests that run like the real one: the same four sections, screens and timers, in one sitting.
- Mock sits one step higher than Celp. Every test you take here should show you the next level up, and what stands between you and it.
What CelpMock is, and what it is not
Before you spend an hour on a mock test, here is what you are getting.
CelpMock is
- An independent practice site for the CELPIP-General test.
- Full mock tests with all four skills, on the test's own screens and timers.
- Our own questions, written to the published format of each part.
- One payment for 7, 30 or 90 days. No renewal, and a 7-day refund on your first pass.
CelpMock is not
- The official test. CelpMock is not affiliated with or endorsed by the organisation that runs CELPIP.
- A course with a teacher. You practise on your own, with feedback after each answer.
- A promise of a result. Every level shown here is an estimate.
How CelpMock's AI marking works
Listening and Reading are counted: right answers become a level from the score chart. Writing and Speaking are not counted right or wrong, so they are marked.
- Writing. Your email or survey answer is read by an AI examiner against the four criteria the real test uses, and each criterion gets a level.
- Speaking. Speech recognition turns your recording into text, then the examiner marks it on the same kind of criteria. The model cannot hear pronunciation, so Listenability is partly estimated from how clearly your speech could be recognised, and we say so on your result.
- Your own words. Every quote in your feedback is checked against your answer. A quote that is not in it is dropped.
- Our arithmetic. The test publishes its criteria, not how they combine. A task's level here is the average of its criteria, and we show every level as an estimate.
Read every level as a close estimate. On the real test, trained raters listen to and read your answers. Use our levels to find your weakest skill, not to predict an exact score.

How we keep the facts right
Levels, CLB targets and fees decide real applications, so we treat them with care.
Sources on every post
Each blog post lists where its facts come from: canada.ca for immigration rules, and the test's own published pages for its format and fees.
Dated checks
Pages that state IRCC rules say when they were last checked against canada.ca. The current check is October 2026.
Updated when rules change
When a rule or a fee changes, we update the page and show the date it was updated.
Who runs CelpMock
CelpMock is a small, independent site run from Ontario, Canada. It is built for people who need a CELPIP level for permanent residence, citizenship or a work permit, and want to know where they stand before they pay for the real test.
We would rather tell you a level is uncertain than promise one we cannot stand behind.
