Passes and payment: common questions

Does a pass renew by itself?

No. A pass is a single payment for 7, 30 or 90 days. Nothing is charged again when it ends.

Can I add more days?

Yes. Buy another pass before yours ends and its days are added to the ones you have left.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Ask within 7 days of buying your first pass and we refund you in full. Conditions apply; the refund policy has the details.

What if I miss my target on the real test?

With a 30 or 90-day pass, you set a target level when you buy. If you take the real test and miss that target, send us your official score report and we add 30 days to your pass, free. Conditions apply; the refund policy has the details.

Do I need a pass for the free sample test?

No. The sample test and the daily challenge need only a free account.

How do I pay?

By card, on a checkout page run by Stripe. CelpMock never sees or stores your card number. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and GST/HST is added at checkout.

Is this a CELPIP preparation course?

It is preparation by practice, not a course with a teacher. You sit mock tests and single parts on the test's own screens and timers, and read what you got wrong. The blog explains the format of each part.

Is the CELPIP test fee included?

No. The CELPIP test fee is paid to the test's organiser when you book your test date. A CelpMock pass pays only for practice on this site.
